Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, fun-filled group workout on court — blending tennis drills, music, and cardio movement in one dynamic session. Open to all ages and abilities, you’ll hit lots of balls, raise your heart rate, engage your whole body and leave with a smile.
What's Involved?
Each class is typically an hour long: a short warm-up, roughly 40 minutes of full-body tennis-based cardio, and a cool-down stretch.
No Experience?
No previous tennis experience or high fitness level needed, just come ready to move, have fun and enjoy.
